OPEN INVITATION TO A GOLF CLINIC - WHAT IS IN THE GOLF BAG?

The Executive Council of the Malta Golf Association would like to invite you to the first open golf clinic that will be held by Mr David Llewellyn - the National Team's Coach - in conjunction with Mr Henning Schulze Döring - Royal Malta's Golf Professional.

The session will start off by an explanation on how players should prepare for a golf competition. David, together with Henning, will then endeavour to answer any questions on those aspects of the game that the members are having difficulties with.

The clinic is being made possible through the kind support of Royal Malta's Board of Management and Captain's Committee.

The MALTA GOLF ASSOCIATION was founded in 2006 and acts as the governing body for the sport of golf in the Maltese Islands and observes the Rules of Golf and the Rules of Amateur Status as laid down by the R&A of St. Andrews.

The Association is a non-profit organization run by golfers for the benefit of golfers with membership predominantly open to amateur golfers who are members of a golf club or golf society within the geographical area of the association irrespective of gender, colour and religion.

The Association is affiliated to the R&A; the International Golf Federation and the European Golf Association. Locally it is registered with the Maltese Olympic Committee, Sport Malta, the Authority for Integrity in Maltese Sports and the Commissioner of Voluntary Organisations.

The management of the affairs of the Association is vested in the Executive Council, in accordance with the provisions and regulations of a Statute.
