Nicholas Zaher is the current MGA's national team coach.

Nicholas is a British, Berlin-based PGA Professional whose passion for golf is matched only by his commitment to developing athletes to reach their full potential. As a high-performance coach, he combines expertise in biomechanics, fitness, swing technique, short game, long game, and every other critical component required to build successful national-level players. Equally important, he is deeply invested in the mental side of the game, helping athletes develop the confidence, resilience, focus, and composure needed to perform under pressure.

Having spent a decade with the world-renowned David Leadbetter Golf Academy and holding advanced qualifications through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), Nicholas brings world-class knowledge, experience, and innovation to our programme. He lives and breathes the game, inspiring players not only to improve their technical skills but also to embrace the mindset, discipline, and resilience needed to excel.

Since joining us in November 2025, Nicholas has transformed our performance environment. Through his relentless dedication, attention to detail, and unwavering belief in every athlete, he has helped elevate every member of our squad, driving continuous improvement across all aspects of their game. His influence extends far beyond the golf course, fostering a culture of excellence, professionalism, and ambition that continues to shape the future of our national programme.
